Refund And Policy
At VapeCentral, we aim to make returns and exchanges easy. Here’s how our process works:
Returns & Exchanges (within 5 Days) We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. To begin a return or exchange, please contact us for a return authorization. Only products purchased directly from our website qualify.
For Returns: Simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide a return authorization. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
For Exchanges: To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired product and contact us to process a return for your original purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. If you haven’t received the refund after this time, please contact us at supports@vapecentral.in
Invalid Return Reasons We do not accept returns if the buyer no longer wants the item after placing the order. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing the order, as this is a binding agreement to buy.
Order Cancellations To cancel an order, please contact us. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
