Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • How to Return: Contact us to request a return authorization. Returns are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired product. Contact us with your new order details, and we will issue a return authorization for the previously purchased item.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will appear on your payment method statement.
  • If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at supports@vapecentral.in for assistance.

 

Invalid Reasons for Returns

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for reasons such as "no longer wanting the item" after the order has been placed.
    • Please ensure you are confident about your purchase before submitting your order. 
    • Submitting an order is considered a legally binding agreement to purchase the items.

 

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or stop the package.
