Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- How to Return: Contact us to request a return authorization. Returns are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired product. Contact us with your new order details, and we will issue a return authorization for the previously purchased item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will appear on your payment method statement.

Invalid Reasons for Returns
